Atkins opened their café at Findern in 1968,nice and clean place and good snap.You had to be careful not to park in any of their VMU parking slots as the foreman would contact your firm and complain. A friend of mine came to grief doing that as he had booked off at Tewkesbury…………………….

Here is a photo of My father in his Mercedes meeting one of our drivers at Atkins Derby. I believe it was a breakfast meeting when he treated the driver to breakfast.
