Would working these days be legal?

Hi guys, quick querey…my heads gone to crap trying to work out if this would be legal or not, i dont think it would be so thought id check…

Thurs to Sun rest (4days)
Mon to fri work (5 days)
Sat rest (1day)
Sun to fri work (6days)
Sat rest (1day)
Sun work (1 day)
Mon to fri rest (5days)

No working day goes in to next and average 3am start 12 finish

Confused by first lines. Sun to thurs then Monday to Friday. Where would rest be. That’s 9 days.
