Hi guys, my firm wants to get an extra person qualified with OCPC and I am thinking of doing it.
Sorry if this question has been asked before but - which route is better, OCR or CILT?

Few people have had the want or need to experience both. I did CILT, from what I’d heard of OCR, I preferred my option. I’m sure others will have their own views.
I did ocrs through the RHA.
No complaints from me.
Cant comment on the other as i have no experience of it.
