Hi Dean,
Thank you for the article on Haywards, Mick Bailey was in one of the vintage commercial mags last month.
Lloyds Animal feeds are based at Morda near Oswestry and have mills in Wrexham and Langport in Somerset and I think one near Darlington but I may be wrong!
J+H Parry are from Shawbury nr Shrewsbury.
A.J Maiden have grown a lot since they had that small yard near the Plough at Allscott, nr Wellington. Trevor may know more!
A cracking pic of the Sammy Jones ERF and the Eaton Concrete.

Hello DEAN and Pete, yes indeed A J Maiden were established at Allscott nr Wellington back in the 1930s ,they seemed to expand though around the 1980s with Volvo F12s and also F7 drawbars , at Allscott they hauled for British Sugar ,but the main depot is at Donnington Wood more into Telford itself next to the Lyreco dist depot .
J H Parry from Shawbury and to be honest not sure if they are still going , i can remember they had a big 1748 Merc on plant work ,but they were doing the same sort of work as Loosemores from battlefield just down the road ,thank you both Trevor
