This is basic knowledge that all drivers engaged in at-the-roadside deliveries should be aware of. The signs do NOT mean “No Stopping” - You normally only get those on a Clearway (and Emmerson Street in Crook is not a Clearway!) and they look like this:

The sign on that wall is similar, except it has only one diagonal line - It means “No Waiting”. In the absence of loading restrictions (kerb markings and signs nearby giving details of times etc) you can unload there.
