Parking sign, at any time?

I deliver to a place where I have to reverse down an alley to deliver to a shop due to cars parked on either side of the road which is too narrow to get past, there is double yellows I have to park on and over the road there is a sign which I've added a pic of

Am I allowed to offload there?
If I get caught is it just a fine or is it endorsable with points?

Whereas the, "At Any Time" restriction, applies for only part of the year. These signs can usually be found during the summer months at a holiday resort and for at least four consecutive months.

Find that yellow sign in the Highway Code and see what it means (Hint: It doesn't actually mean "No Parking"). This, and looking at all other signs and markings should answer your question.

Can’t tell from Google Maps, but it’s either;

No Waiting, or,
No Stopping

So basically, no you can’t offload there, especially as that’s the narrowest part of the street.

It's a no stopping sign, I've started doing the run regularly, don't know what to do as there is nowhere else to offload the carpets at the back door as ther is parked cars.

The sign is on the other side of the road, does there have to be one on the side I'm parking on or is this sign enough to cover both sides?

This is basic knowledge that all drivers engaged in at-the-roadside deliveries should be aware of. The signs do NOT mean "No Stopping" - You normally only get those on a Clearway (and Emmerson Street in Crook is not a Clearway!) and they look like this:

The sign on that wall is similar, except it has only one diagonal line - It means "No Waiting". In the absence of loading restrictions (kerb markings and signs nearby giving details of times etc) you can unload there.
