Hiya Gerald, I recall when I were a Lad ! that JWG’s only garage was on the low side of the road at Embleton and it was many years before they acquired the old Quarry over the road. When I was “second man” with both RWB and later AHB they called in regularly at JWG for reasons I knew not ! And if I recall Vic Thompson moved into the original garage when JWG moved over to the larger site on the other side of the road I will stand corrected but that is my recollection . Cheers Dennis.
