Is it possible to add a foreign truck to O licence, Irish truck, need it for loading , it has a crane on it. Would not be staying in UK, but will be needed to haul while here, could be here few months.
I’d imagine you would have to register it on UK plates the general rule with regards to cabotage is that it can only stay in the country for 7 days there were several UK based hauliers doing windfarm work in the west of Ireland and they had to register their vehicles on Irish plates to avoid falling foul of cabotage.
