CPC and Vans.

My CPC expires soon.

Can I still drive a van for work even without a CPC?

I know I will not be able to drive a HGV without it but hopefully can still drive a van under 3.5 tones.
May sometimes be van and trailer but still not exceeding 3.5 tones.

Tiddles.

Doesn’t apply to 3.5t

As above you can drive a 3.5 tonner plus 3.5 tonne trailer no cpc required.

I am in the same position, don’t really want to do DCPC as I am 66.years young. Could I still drive 7.5 tonners as I have that on my non-vocational licence. I suppose that I know the answer but am hoping.

Sorry but you cannot drive a 7.5t goods vehicle commercially without doing the DCPC.
