Having spoken to the City council leader personally, he is keen to get this done and he usually gets his way.
Having said that, the local elections this month could throw a big spanner in the works!

Seems to be the Nimby’s are in a catch 22 situation, they either have a truckpark or the council can’t clamp inappropriately parked truck that also annoy them, 
I see Winsser has also added his “well informed” comments to the article.
