Fair enough.
But it was a non binding referendum.
The population in the UK is something like 66 million,so not a majority of the population.
Some minister on Radio 4 said it was in their manifesto but so was giving voting rites to ex-pats and where’s that ?

Why should ex-pats be entitled to a vote?
