Fantastic Paul another Gem from you…I m pretty sure the gentleman in the Picture is Fred Ketcher a friend of my late father. The lorry is one from annable transport from shepshed a company that the labour government shut down after the war, Fred served in the RAF during the war and I know he had served in hawaii after pearl harbour. I worked with fred in my two stints on the midland red as a summer student. in 1968 and 1969 where he was a much respected driver. He visited my dad once when I was over on holiday late 1980s I think. RIP Fred you lived one great life.
