Taking a 15 after 4 hours will cover the 6 hour WTD rule for the next 6 hours after the 15 breakSo you can work 10 hours with one 15 minute break?
Happens to me nearly every 11 hour day.
Clock on at 10:30, head out in the puddle jumper, start to do the drops. Some are quick, one package, 5 minutes and move on, but there are quite a few that take up to (or over) an hour each.
It’s rare that I have to reset my driving time even once as most of the time is taken up with other work.
Of course, the company requires us to take a total of 45 break during the day, and we DO take it at about 4 ish at the latest, but not as a requirement for WTD.
