Perish the thought, on 4 lane sections we’d have 3 lanes of lorries steered by the usual suspects 3 abreast for mile after endless mile, bad enough now.
No matter what the limited speed, some of us (me for one) who have had enough of the pushing shoving tailgating and general accident waiting to happen incompetence of what passes for so many lorry wheel attendees these days, so we knock up to 5 mph off that limiter speed and the bulging eyed can all go past with said mincers glued to the arse end of the lorry 12 ft in front of them.
I do the opposite and push it up 5 or more, gets past the elephant racers and helmets.
I’ve seen the 3 abreast with 50, 52 and 53 all trying to get past each other, no one slacking off an inch. Thank goodness for the 4th lane.
