The Gov seem happy with the testing.
If 89 empty(?) trucks with no timed deliveries, being paid for their time, can do the run, without killing anyone, it should scale up shouldn’t it?
10,000 trucks a day, all with loads of varying weights, loosing money on delays, some drivers being harassed on the phone to get going faster, others tight on hours and wanting to go home, not much difference really.
