Hi David, the number plate looks like the only new part that’s been fitted on that vehicle in years.
I am going to ask the Mods if they can remove that photo as it’s so distressing to see that motor (ex Irene) in that condition. It must of been at least seven years old when that photo was taken.
Irene and I spent four very happy years sleeping together and travelling all over Europe and parts of Asia. She never drank one drop of oil, I washed and serviced her regularly, I looked after her and she looked after me. I was offered a younger model and being young and adventurous I decided to take it and so we had to part and move on.
