I assure you, it will continue. The French people, sorry, the “ordinary” French person has had enough of being ripped off by this and previous governments, seeing (as in the UK) the rich get richer, subsidised by the ordinary worker. Macron, before being elected, promised a change from the old, he said that the ordinary Frenchman Frenchwoman would see a change. Well they haven’t!! They have been hit hard in the pocket!!
I should imagine many other European leaders are watching France with concern, worried that the protests might encourage their own people to rise up, especially if they succeed in getting rid of Macron.
I also wonder at what point the media stops calling any protest by ordinary people, “Right Wing”?
