Ive seen a lot of negative comments about UkF. Many people feel massively overcharged and complain about it . Customer service is rude and not dealing with complaints accordingly. It looks like they employ members of staff to improve feedback given using fictional email addresses. Ive stopped dealing with them and amount of “unhappy” customers is ridiculous.
Most of the time i find them ok all though last couple of months has been bad its when i change account managers the problems start
