If I were off for 60 hours this weekend and then move to the ferry you guys view the whole 60 hours as weekly rest and thus I interrupted weekly rest and broke the regulation.
I say once there is a clear un-interrupted 45 hours on the card whatever I did thereafter did not interrupt weekly rest.
If I were off for 69 hours straight the regs say that can count as two separate weekly rests whereas you guys I understand view that as one weekly rest.
If I were off for 10 years you guys view that as one very long weekly rest. I say only some 45 hour period last week and any suitable 45 hour period this week were weekly rest.
All the other free time had nothing to do with weekly rest.
So let’s just agree to differ and as long as your way works for you and mine for me the job is oxo.
