Sorry Oily -
Apart from the Pre-production prototypes and (I think), a couple of the production prototypes, all the Mk 1 Leyland Nationals and the later Mk 2 versions (those shown in your post) were built at Workington. Some for Australia were produced, and sent in kit-form for assembly in Australia. There were a few others which received non-standard bodywork but were still a Workington product.
