Unfortunately they went with experience, not sure how that worked out for them as they were advertising last week, I however went on to pass class 1 so maybe all worked out in the end, still sounds a good number but it’s class 1 work for me now,
Urgh experience. And how does anyone gain that if newbies aren’t hired?
