Drivers are most likely to present with spinal stenosis , displaced discs at the base of the spine . Bouncing up and down in the seat day after day is a common cause , it’ remedied by keyhole surgery to hold the discs in line with titanium rods . I’ve had it for years , but inoperable due to other health issues . A friend had the op and in 8 or 9 weeks was as good as new .
