Food service Class 2 jobs for the big boys have always been pretty well paid from what I have seen. Here up north you can work direct for Brakes/Bidvest/K&N etc. and easily earn around £28k or so, so the wages posted here for agency in the midlands are believable.

It’s not unheard of for the rigid drivers to be on more than the C+E trunkers in some of these sort of set ups. Let’s face it, a guy who is good at multidrop food service is more valuable than a ten a penny trunker driver.
