This time last year I was
1, A Lowly class 2 driver with no intensions of doing my class 1
2, 17st 11lb
3, Had a 44" waist
Today
1, I’ve had my class 1 , 8 weeks
2, Lost 3st 8lb now weigh 14st 3lb
3, Got 38" waist (first time in over 20 years )
All I have done is cut the Zb 3 bags of crisps a dayout and the Zb in the evening time

3, Had a 35" waist.
Today
1, I’ve still no intention of doing class 1.
2, Lost nowt and still weigh 12st 6lb.
3, Got a 35" waist.
Haven’t stopped eating like a horse.
Look after your body and it will look after you. No need for the class 1 pay cut.
