Unions aren’t perfect nothing is.But it’s more a mindset in which solidarity and realisation that the employers’ interests’ are in most cases opposed to those of ‘the workers’ is everything.In which case that solidarity is all you have acting on your side and a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
