I’d rather get out and double check 4 times than have the pin slide up over the fifth wheel
I would. It’s the same principle as reversing. Always best to get out and check. But I would also have the confidence to not need the extra check on a box or curtain. Raising the suspension tells you the weight of the trailer is on the 5th wheel so it’s a clever pin that can now jump over it!
