I wonder what suspicions there were about the lorry driver who was arrestedLorry driver may have wondered into recovery driver or vice versa so they have arrested on SUSPICION the only one they could do
Hopefully there is some camera/dashcam footage
Thoughts with recovery drivers family etc
Always arrested when a death involved and esp when he hit a stationary vehical .
