I’m assuming now that the counterpart has been abolished, if you are are unlucky enough to receive points you don’t need to send off your licence■■?
No you still have to send your licence off to complete the conditional offer of points. If you don’t send your licence in then you can go to court for the offence. I know as I’ve just had to do it recently. Seems daft we still have to send it off considering it’s all done online though.
