I think you’re right, there are certainly a lot less companies that meet the qualifications for getting Lmo’s, but they are available , although in shorter supply than they were. I reckon the companies that are getting them are probably the better ones to work for anyway, and now that the revolving door of European drivers coming over has slowed dramatically hopefully those getting hired will be treated as respected employees not just meat in the seat.
The job hasn’t changed though, and the poorly prepared or unrealistic are still going to have a rude awakening!
