Muckles,Just a thought on The WTD section whereby you mention the 10 hour rule for night working, you haven’t mentioned the opt out in the form of a workplace agreement.
It’s included in the bullet point further down,
Reference period and night working hours can be extended by workforce agreement
but could change it if people thinks it makes more sense.
