Coffee VS Coffee Substitutes

Here’s what I’ve found:

YERBA MATÉ

It’s like a South American herbal tea but it is highly fermented so it has 100% of the caffeine of coffee so you get the same alertness you would if you were to drink coffee. The only difference is that the caffeine goes through your blood stream instead of your nervous system so you don’t get jittery. Oh, and it’s herbal which mean it doesn’t come from a bean which means it’s not going to upset your stomach.
