Dutch marques: cab- and bodybuilders

@En-Tour-Age…I assume it was a short period because in some source (Commercial Motor) an
article was printed that Roset worked exclusively for Beers since 1957, hence DAF had production
in Eindhoven (or again outsourced) till 1966 when Oevel-factory was a fact.

Stupid enough, been in Eindhoven-plant many times, I do not recal any cab-production, they were
just hanging on the ceiling before the marraige with the chassis but that was obvious since 1966.
