i suffer a lot with constipation,probably due to “holding it in”,so tend to take a laxative at the end of the week.tried taking it through the week once NEVER AGAIN !! ended up squatting between the truck and the roadside hedge (couldnt get parked near the gate to the field) and hoping a passing police car wouldnt spot me
