Can anyone tell me how scores are arrived at? I was informed that acceleration is 12% or less every day, worst score being 7%. All other scores are 80% +. Asked manager how to improve score but he has no idea and is only passing on the information to cover his back if there is an accident. I’m driving a 3.5t supermarket home delivery van.
