Hi I have a tomtom pro 7100 truck nav that has a red x on screen and won’t go into bios mode to reboot. Contacted tomtom they won’t do much without a webfleet number which I don’t have as it’s my own device. I bought the device from ttw partners and they have been pretty poor with assistance on his matter also. I was just wondering if anyone else has come across this or can recommend a repair service. I found a few online but bit cautious about sending a nav that cost me a pretty penny to that doesn’t come recommend. Cheers in advance for any help on this.
