I purchased one of those Snooper S7000 SatNavs in 2012 and was supposed to get free map updates, but having recently tried to update it, they now tell me they want another £89 off me!!! 
Despite the fact they now offer free maps for life with these units (and they’re cheaper!), they say I was only entitled to one update which should’ve been done within 30 days of purchase! 
I would appreciate it if anyone could get me a copy (without shelling out another £89!!) so I can simply update the ■■■■ thing as it’s ridiculously out of date now.

PS. I have complained to the ASA who are currently looking into it, however I am not holding my breath as I can’t prove they advertised free map updates before I purchased it because it was too long ago.
