I dont get paid for my first 45 minute break, I’m confused as to how to fill in my timesheet at the end of the week if I have had more breaks. Obviously I have to fill in all my breaks but where it says hours at the bottom do i ignore the extra breaks and put them in my total hours (what I will get paid)

Ignore any breaks subsequent to your 45 mins. Account for all the time on your time sheet and let them deduct the 45 mins. Your tacho and your time sheet do not have to match, save for your start and finish times. Providing you’re legal in terms of driving hours and WTD the authorities would have no interest in extra breaks.
