Will I get an infringement for this

I am on a rota which always gives me two days off in a row, but I’m having to shuffle my days off around a bit next week.

Will I get an infringement for the following …?

Mon - off
Tue - off
Wed - working
Thu - working
Fri - working
Sat - off
Sun - working
Mon - off

Thu - working

There’s no reason why you should get an infringement for that shift pattern, it’s perfectly legal.

I’m assuming you had a regular 45 hour weekly rest period the week before, but even if you had a reduced weekly rest period the week before it’s still legal.

Ok cheers for clearing that up. Just wasn’t sure. And yeah the rest period would be at least 45 hours.
