Many thanks for your reply, the first Saturday i finished at 00.30 ( Friday morning into sat) so had a full 45 hour rest before working on the monday. Also only worked 3 days that week.
Im usually ok with my times but wasnt sure if it would effect me working 6 days in a row 3 times on the trot!
Just wanted a second opinion.
