Hi
After my conversation with my boss i left a bit confused
He said I am going to breach rules if I finish this week how I planed
I am working night shifts and sometimes doing overtime during day
After weekly rest I started
Sunday 3am-3pm
Monday 3am-3pm
Tuesday 6pm-6am
Wednesday 6pm-6am
Thursday 6pm-6am
Friday 6pm-3am
He said I will be breaching rules because i will finish Saturday morning and thats 7 days
Doesn’t make sence what he said
I dont think is a breaching a rules because im doing 6 days
And btw between monday and tuesday is 27h break
What will be if I fisnish my last shift 6am ?
Is that 27h counting like reduced weekly rest?27 is a reduced weekly rest which resets the 144 hour clock until the next weekly rest is due
Next weekly rest must start no later than Monday 6pmTell boss that the regs go by hours not days - the word ‘days’ is not in the regs
Even if you didn’t have that 27 hrs off you had to start a weekly rest by 03.00 on Saturday which you did anyway and this is 144 hrs after you started at 03.00 on Sunday.
