Me personally would strap it something like this. You will need 6 straps 4 at the back and 2 at the front.
I would thread the front 1’s round the top inner back edge of the tyre on each side and then crisscross 2 at the rear and then 2 (1 each side) from the metal loop going towards the middle of the trailer floor and as you can see in the picture put your legs down.
I’m no expert but that is how I would do it.
Hope it helps.
BTW it will move about if you strap it like it is in the picture.

Isn’t that a 3.5t anyway? Gonna be weighing 800kgs + ? Google says 2800 - 3250kgs for 1cx

Your straps, especially at the back, the angle is far too big between the trailer bed and the strap, that’s why it’s moving. aim for more of a 45° angle at the most.

Or get them to get you some of these

cheers guys ,what is your thoughts on no head board on trailer with this machine.
and should plant not be secured with chain and ratchets, although you cant use them on this trailer as not strong enough.
to be honest i think this trailer is at its maximum capability ,
and i dont want done if some thing happens
cheers ian

The way in which this machine is strapped down is exactly that, strapped down, Not strapped on properly, it can slide along the straps and fall off, the straps should cross across the machine, with each of the straps going from the side of the machine to the opposite side of the trailer forming an X, front and back, four separate straps should be used, the lower the straps can be attached to the machine the better, strapping like this both centralised the pull on the machine and holds it down and in place so that it cannot slip along the uncrossed straping and fall off the side. Remember as the driver it is your responsibility to ensure that the load is secure, no one else.
