Wtr average hours?

Hello, for the past 6 weeks or so i have been asking my opps supervisor what my average hours total is & she keeps telling me 51.30 or similar? then last sunday she says to me that the opps manager has had a look at my hours & they are now down to 43.50 ? how can this be?( end of week 14 in the currant reference period) as my own calculation is 48.48 ? does anybody on here think he has been falsifying my hours & if so do i report this & who to ?(been told he has local DVSA enforcement officer in his pocket, thanks for any info on this matter

WTD is a HSE issue only. DVSA and Police don’t enforce it.

It’s my understanding that CORTE are to meet in Feb 2019 to determine an agreed and consistent approach to enforcing the WTD across the EU with enforcement probably due to commence later in 2019.

Why do you feel the need to report this? Assuming that you are a PAYE employee then it simply is not your duty to record your working hours. The onus for this falls squarely on the shoulders of your employer. I guarantee that as long as you fulfill your responsibilities regarding tachograph hours then you will suffer no financial penalties regarding working time infringements.
