I’ve done 2 long days this week…
Today I started at 0400 & finished at 1730, so another long day.
Can I start at 0330 in the morning, or do I need to start at 0400?
Saturday is my 6th shift.

The earliest you can start is 02:30.
You’ve done a 13.5 hour shift so you’re having a reduced daily rest period regardless of what time you start, so you can start at 02:30 or later.
