cpc trainingWe have a guy who works for us and the transport manager wants to stop is training for cpc he does not drive now and works has a mate but has held a HGV for 20 years + we have periodic training but this manager says she stopping the training of all non drivers even if they hold a HGV is the allowed is she breaking the law by doing this

If he doesn't drive he doesn't need to do DCPC training, so unless there's something in his contract that says the company will send him for training it's legal to stop it. Sent from my mobile.
