Need some good advice on tacho laws please

Thanks for the time to look at my post, I’m in a bit of a mess with the tacho laws situation.

Been passed 6 months now, my first driving job was working for a rental truck company which required out of scope tacho work, so for 6 months i didn’t use the tacho machine as it wasn’t required.

Now I have pretty much forgotten the majority of tacho laws and I’m really struggling to keep legal as I’m not 100% on the laws

I know the basics like when to take my breaks, maximum driving time

I’m struggling to rememberwhen my daily tests are, how much working time i can do, POA, and weekly tests.

If anyone can give me advice that would be great thanks

I read that you can have 60 work time a week 13 hours but 15 hours maximum a week.

Does POA take away work time sir for example I had had 10 hours working directive and 1 hours POS does it equal to 12 hours working directive or just the obvious 10 hours working directive and 1 hour POA?

For the working time regulations you can do 60 hours working time in a fixed week.

Neither break nor POA count as working time.
