If a driver in northern ireland (with a NI licence) knowingly changes his tacho starting country as Ireland, is he breaking the law - given that (like it or not ) northern ireland is part of the UK and also governed by UK driver and tacho regs.If this is an offence - what would the consequences be.
All the countries you mentioned are NOT governed by UK driver and tacho regs, they’re governed by EU tacho regs. I doubt they’d be bothered.
