Driving during rest time

I’m a bit confused about this issue:
I’m doing TIR so I supposed to spend my 45 weekly inside my truck. No doubt here but I have this two questions:
– Can I drop the “semi” and drive the truck to the supermarket nearby? What should I do with the tacho, how do I register that driving time?
Thanks in advance!

in europe no, you cant.

While you’re driving in an EU or AETR country you cannot legally drop the trailer and drive the unit without recording the driving time on the tachograph.

Thank you as well!
Glad that I found this community.

Can you do a regular 45 in a truck ■■? - I know you can do a reduced weekly rest and any type of daily rest but I am fairly certain you cannot do a regular weekly rest …
