Davey Boy, if you drive 4.5hrs then take a 1hr break this then covers you
as you can now do 6hrs work before you need to take another rest of 1hr
ALSO if you take breaks of ONE hr and above these can be used to
your advantage with the normal large rest period,
example, Drive 4hrs rest 1hr drive 3hrs work 2hrs drive1hr rest 1hr
drive 2hrs …now take your large rest period of 9 OR 11 HRS:
