C+E Jobs in Hungary

I am wondering if there are any folks who have had experience of working in Hungary as a C+E driver?

I have lived in Hungary for over a year now, cost of living in terms of accommodation is so much cheaper than England, and my personal situation is no rent at all. If there is work for a new driver who can speak only very limited Hungarian I would consider staying here in NYR rather than looking for work in the UK.

What sort of pay is likely? I have heard from some to expect between 150,000-250,000 a month?
Best ways to find work?
Are there extra tests I would need to take to drive C+E in Hungary?
