I am going to be booking my theory test in the next week and want to know what I can expect as far as the hazzard perception is concerned. What is it you have to do??

Basically you will watch a series of short viedo clips, and in each one there is a developing hazard, and you have to click the mouse button as soon as you see the hazard developing, for example, your driving along and in the distance you see a car reversing out of a driveway on your side, so as soon as you see it, the hazard is developing so give the button a click.
There is a CDROM available for your pc, my advise is to get it and practice on it at home until you become familiar with whats expected of you.
Thanks for the info. I have got my theory booked for the 9th Dec. so not got long to practice. Is it difficult or is it just common sense and a quick finger?!

It’s just common sense and a reasonably quick finger.
Don’t forget, there are quite often two hazards in some of the clips. You will need to spot both if you can.
